Our client’s single storey rear extension & loft conversion is now on site. At ground floor we have reconfigured and extended to create an open plan kitchen/dining/family room with a new master bedroom suite within the new attic space. All the above was achieved through Permitted Development rather than a full Planning Application. The project is due to complete in the Spring of 2017.
