A period house is proposed to be re-modelled and extended at ground floor to create a new open plan but zoned kitchen/dining/living room along with a new utility room and downstairs WC. In addition, the existing attic conversion is proposed to be further extended to incorporate a new bedroom, ensuite and dressing room.
