3 Getting permissions

Once your preferred design strategy has been defined we continue to develop this further and then if required prepare a planning application and submit to the Local Authority for their approval. Read more

4 Making it happen

Your project is then worked up in technical detail and, if relevant other specialists such as a structural engineer will be appointed. Read more

5 Moving in

Once the costs have been agreed with your building contractor we would then work with them to ensure that the quality of their construction is in accordance with the agreed drawings & specification. Read more

3 Getting permissions

4 Making it happen

Your project is then worked up in technical detail and, if relevant other specialists such as a structural engineer will be appointed. Using this detailed information competitive prices can also be sought from building contractors & manufacturers. At this point we would make a building regulations approval application.

5 Moving in

Once the costs have been agreed with your building contractor we would then work with them to ensure that the quality of their construction is in accordance with the agreed drawings & specification. We would inspect the works regularly until completion has been achieved at which point you can then move into and enjoy your new space!
