We have recently obtained planning permission for clients who live in a detached home in Roydon. The proposals extend the ground floor to create an open plan kitchen/dining/family room that maximises natural light and views to the garden. As well as other reconfiguration works the principal bedroom at 1st floor is enlarged and a new dressing room incorporated along with a new vaulted ceiling that increases the sense of space.
